Ever since we suggested a new cathedral/shrine for San Pascual Baylon de Guinarona, the saint has appeared to us three times already! Here is the idea/concept of the new cathedral/shrine.
Very significant for us was the summer solstice of 2014, which fell on June 21st. Significant in that San Pascual Baylon appeared to us for the third time.Someone remarked that ever since we vouched the idea of a new cathedral for San Pascual Baylon de Guinarona, the apparitions materialized. What could that possibly mean? Here are the photos of San Pascual’s third apparition(s).

Consistent with Guinarona’s motto of being “The Chosen Place,” we are unveiling today, June 19, 2014, our official photos of San Pascual Baylon’s apparition. Please note that these are first-hand photos, taken with a Sony DSC-S90 digital camera. Enhancements were though the Smart Photo Editor.Whereas the apparition of the Lady of Guadalupe in the 16th century was sketched by a third person, San Pascual’s apparition was synchronous with the Computer and Internet age, hence the genuine feel of it.
Not to be gratuitous about it, but we guess it’s how the cookie crumbles. As in, is it possible that San Pascual Baylon, through synchronicity, communicates from the beyond? In his life, San Pascual was a mystic, so yes, it is possible and probable.

It’s June 2014, and the fourth year since our dear old image of San Pascual Baylon was hijacked, never to be seen again. And who would forget the denouement, the divine justice that was the super typhoon Haiyan that hit Leyte-Samar–the biggest and strongest typhoon to ever hit earth?

While the post-super typhoon Haiyan rehabilitation and reconstruction programs are in full swing in our neck of the woods, there are lots of opportunities for investors and visitors to matter. For instance, the establishment of bed-and-breakfast and other tourist-oriented businesses holds promise. Food production and light industries are another.
